A Sidescrolling Game Engine

This is a sidescrolling game engine that allows you to create your own sidescroller games without any development knowledge. You'll only have to read a pair of tutorials to understand the data file format. Maybe a game designer GUI will be created in the future.

The project is currently in Alpha Stage.

The project need the SDL library.

Once there is a stable and finished release, games developed using this system will be uploaded here. By now, example data files are included with the source for testing.

Build instructions:

Linux:
Extract the source file and run:
> sh build.sh

Windows:
Get Dev-Cpp here . Get the SDL dev-pack for Dev-Cpp here. Open the file luciferino/src/dev-cpp/GameProject.dev using Dev-Cpp and click the compile buttom.
